Great minds think alike, I was planning on making something like this for a certain other cam we know ;)
A Lady... read Piers Anthony The Blue Adept a very good example there. A lady is refined, polite, capable and in seemingly effortless command. She is able to get others to do what she wishes easily and eagerly yet when needed, can get greasy and accomplish things herself.
A Gentleman.. hmmm tougher. Polite, Dignified, courteous, honerable, able to be quiet, not needing to brag, capable, able to take charge but not needing to do so. James Bond comes to mind. or The Saint.
That is my two bits!
